Yeah, well I'm new to all of the websites and training stuff but anyhow I need a place in rochester, ny.

.-.; All the great gymnastics and well places free running is mostly perform is England, UK

._.; Never in Rochester, and I'm looking forward to train hard because when I do some what of free running/parkour I feel very very free like and I want to become better but I also want to train with safety as in a gymnastics where I won't be badly injured and won't be assuming by myself practicing...

ehh confusing but yeah..
[Free] Running.

I will spread my wings.

[Park] Our. <---- Reverse. [Our] Park.

Isn't that the truth.

If you notice this notice, you'll notice this notice is not worth noticing. If you don't notice this notice, it doesn't matter what I say here. You smell. Have a nice day.

The Vow
Team 'Just Us' shall meet when the weather doth favour us, and partake in the activities of parkour, free running, tricking and generally just throwing onesself at obstacles/the ground and hoping to miss.
