hey guys i do parkour but have lately been having really bad back pain throughout my whole back and it has made me take time off school and even worse PARKOUR if any one has any help or advice to stop the pain please reply.

in lower back? like just abit waist?

that would be my best guess (as i had it), at start trained threw it (around for 4 weeks), then it got to a state where i couldn't move so i made like a month break and never heard from it..

Sometimes if u jack off wayyyyyy too much in one day ur lower back starts to hurt cuz all the triggering of the nerves from each time u ejaculate.

So if ur jackin it like 6 times a day, cut back to like once every 5 days instead and you'll feel like a whole new man.

I had that problem once over the summer of 8th grade when I first got internet and hit puberty, and I was jackin it like 9 times a day, and my lower back started to hurt SOOOOOOO bad, so I google lower back pain and found out it was from jackin it too much.

But if its not from jackin it, lay off the backflips for a bit and allow ur muscles to re-gain strength and then start back up again. You'll get less and less back pain until u eventually stop getting it at all.

Anyways, before I look a complete degenerate.....

You might landing a bit funny on your precisions or even running poorly. Back pain can occur in many forms and from many causes. If it's mainly centered in your lower back I'd say poor running and too much heavy heel impact during motion and probably in drops and precisions also. If it's mid back it may be from heavy dropping heavy and rigid. Upper back is bad posture and can be sorted by getting into the habit of standing (or sitting) with your shoulders back and head up.

If anything persists more than a week, see a doctor immediately. NEVER TAKE A CHANCE WHERE YOUR BACK IS CONCERENED!

probably bad landings + inflexibility in the hamstrings. tight hams can cause strain on the lower back during leg extensions movments( like when you jump, and sometimes when you land yo ustraighten your lags quick to keep balanced) so check your landings and flexibility (and check your strength too while your at it)

is it musclular pain or spinal pain?

if its muscular get some radox muscle relax in a hot bath and massage the painful areas

if its spinal go to a chiropractor, my spines been clicking for a while now and im going to a chiropractor soon

THAT really IS good advice. I had a few friends from my old wrestling team at school that went to chiropractors back in the day (no pun inteded lololololol) when we all still wrestled, and they said it was the best s—— ever.

Also my Dad went to see one when he had back pain, and the dude did some weird cracking s—— in his neck and back that made my dad feel like Chuck Norris for weeks.

So IMO, if its back troubles, 3run forums = decent advice
Chiropractors on the other hand = problem quickly solved

Ah I know something similar to the jacking off thing.
If you're having sex like a zillion times or w/e it can cause a bad back too.
